My name is Steve Bavoysi, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, trained in Byron Bay, Australia. Yoga transformed my life, helping me break free from years of unhealthy habits like drinking, smoking, and other destructive patterns. It gave me the clarity, peace, and strength I had been searching for, and now I’m passionate about helping others experience the same transformation.
My mission is to empower individuals struggling with exhaustion and unhealthy lifestyle patterns—such as poor diet, substance use, and self-destructive habits—to come back to what matters and reconnect with themselves through the transformative practice of yoga.
