Who Am I?


My name is Steve Bavoysi, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, trained in Byron Bay, Australia. Yoga transformed my life, helping me break free from years of unhealthy habits like drinking, smoking, and other destructive patterns. It gave me the clarity, peace, and strength I had been searching for, and now I’m passionate about helping others experience the same transformation.

My mission is to empower individuals struggling with exhaustion and unhealthy lifestyle patterns—such as poor diet, substance use, and self-destructive habits—to come back to what matters and reconnect with themselves through the transformative practice of yoga. By fostering clarity, balance, and inner strength, I help them achieve restful sleep, embrace healthier living, and wake up each day feeling confident and revitalized. Drawing from my personal journey, I provide compassionate guidance and proven strategies to show that lasting change is not only possible but profoundly life-changing.

1. I’m really busy—how much time do I need to commit?
Not much at all! The membership is designed for busy professionals. You’ll find short, effective classes (some under 20 minutes) that you can easily fit into your day, whether it’s before work, during a break, or in the evening to unwind.

2. I’m a beginner. Will I be able to follow along?
Absolutely. All practices are beginner-friendly and guided step-by-step with clear instructions. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced—just open to the journey.

3. What if I miss a live class?
No worries! All live classes are recorded and added to your on-demand library, so you can practice anytime it suits you.

4. What’s included in the membership?
You’ll get access to live weekly classes, a growing on-demand library of yoga, meditation, and breathwork, reflection prompts, yoga philosophy teachings, and a supportive community. Plus, you’ll receive exclusive member discounts on deeper-dive programs and workshops.

5. Can this help with stress, anxiety, or emotional heaviness?

7. What if I don’t like it or it’s not the right time?
That’s totally okay. You can cancel anytime before or during your free trial, or pause and return when you’re ready. You’re in control.

8. Do I need any equipment?
Just a yoga mat and a quiet space. A cushion or blanket can be helpful for relaxation, but nothing fancy is required.

9. How is this different from YouTube yoga videos?
